The Youth Advisory Board plays a crucial role in amplifying the voice of young people aged 13-25 in High Wycombe. Alongside the Trustee Board, they share an interest in ensuring that the Youth Enquiry Service (YES) delivers its services to the highest standard across the Wycombe district. By actively participating in decision-making, they help shape the organisation’s direction.
The board also works closely with the Trustees to develop a clear strategy, mentoring members to ensure they fully understand the challenges faced by the youth of High Wycombe. The Youth Advisory Board operates collectively, meaning all members act as a unified group rather than individually.
