WHAT WE OFFER
Free information and guidance, for young people aged 11 to 35 years.
Support Workers are on site to provide a safe space for young people to talk about the things that are bothering them. They can also provide a range of practical support and can assist young people to access many other local services. Check out our Signposting List for more information on the type of services we are able to signpost to.
Our Support Workers provide a safe, welcoming space for young people to talk about the things that are bothering them. They can also offer practical support with everyday tasks, including help with benefits, job applications, paperwork, housing issues, and anything else that can feel tedious or overwhelming.
In addition, they can help you access other local services, including support for homelessness and a wide range of health, education, and wellbeing services. Check out our Signposting List for more information on the support available.
How to access:
There’s no need to book an appointment (but you can if you want to), so just drop-in to our support hub from 12pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.

What can you help me with?
We can help with real range of issues, such as the practical aspects of helping with application forms, applying for benefits, housing, accessing external support services to just being a form of help in getting something off your chest. We are here for you.
Our motto is, if we can’t help you with what you need, we will ensure we will signpost you to someone who will.
Who would support me?
Our friendly team of Support Workers. All of the team are experienced in working with young people and have enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks carried out every 2 years.
What happens when I request support?
Sessions with a Support Worker typically last 1 hour, however this varies case by case. We can offer support face-to-face, online or even on the phone. We will ensure to listen diligently to your concerns helping where we can, or signposting to specialist services if this isn’t in our remit.
